Teacher leadership and its impact on the subjects in virtual classrooms of the TECNM Campus Cd Juárez in the distance education mode (EaD); literature review

The present investigation proposes a review of the literature on the different types of leadership. After conducting this review, the leadership exercised in virtual classrooms will be compared with the findings from the literature. The goal is to analyze whether the teacher acts as a leader in facilitating student learning and to determine the type of leadership that should predominate in virtual classroom teaching.
This research is based on indicators provided by the National Technology of Mexico Campus Ciudad Juárez and data obtained from the distance education (EaD) area.
