Objective

IPSUMTEC Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific publication dedicated to the dissemination of original theoretical and applied research in the fields of engineering and emerging technologies. Its purpose is to serve as a platform for scientific outreach that fosters dialogue among academia, industry, and society, promoting technological innovation and its impact on sustainable development.

The journal welcomes original contributions in the form of research articles, review articles, case studies, and technical notes within the following thematic areas:

Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Automation

Research focused on the development, integration, and application of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), data science, applied analytics, and smart manufacturing in industrial and automation processes.

Editorial Criteria

All manuscripts must:

  • Demonstrate relevance and impact beyond a strictly local context.

  • Comply with international standards of research and publication ethics.

All submitted articles undergo a double-blind peer-review process conducted by external domain experts. IPSUMTEC adheres to the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), upholding high ethical standards throughout every stage of the editorial process.

IPSUMTEC is published under an Open Access model in its online edition, which is freely accessible for viewing and downloading. Manuscript submission, evaluation, and publication management are conducted exclusively through our official Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.
