Abstract

In the field of software development, full stack web application architecture has become very popular due to its ability to work in the three layers of a web application, both on the client side (front-end) and the server side (back-end): User interface, business logic, and data storage, THE BRIDGE (1). In addition, the hybrid management methodology is an intelligent combination (SCRUM and CASCADE projects) for management, in a single project it is possible to plan and execute at the same time, FlexiProject (2). The present manuscript aims to show the development of a public sector information system based on full stack web application architecture and hybrid management methodology.

Josefina Porras Aguirre , National Technological Institute of Mexico

JOSEFINA PORRAS AGUIRRE is a full-time professor at TecNM, Puebla campus. She studied for a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Databases. She has 29 years of professional experience. Lecturer at the Comitán Institute of Technology in the Bachelor's degree programs in Computer Science and Computer Systems Engineering (February 1, 1997 to September 14, 2021); Coordinator of the Computer Systems Engineering program (2005 to 2010), professor at the Technological Institute of Puebla in the Information and Communications Technology Engineering program (September 15, 2021 to date).

Ana María Sosa Pintle , National Technological Institute of Mexico

ANA MARÍA SOSA PINTLE is a professor at the National Technological Institute of Mexico, Puebla campus. She studied computer science and obtained a master's degree in computer systems. She has 31 years of teaching experience at the Technological Institute of Puebla (January 1995 to date). She is an advisor for multiple professional residency projects, creativity contests, entrepreneurship, and InnovaTec.

Violeta Martínez Ramírez , National Technological Institute of Mexico

Dr. Violeta Martínez Ramírez, who studied Computer Systems Engineering in Programming, holds a Master's Degree in Education Sciences and a Doctorate in Education. She is a professor in the Systems and Computing Department at the Technological Institute of Puebla, teaching mainly Programming in Information Technology and Communications Engineering. She is the leader of the PRODEP Desirable Profile (2020), leader of the Academic Body “Applied Computing” (2021), and head of Outreach Projects (2020).

Susana Martínez Rabanales , National Technological Institute of Mexico

Susana Martínez Rabanales, MDU, has been a full-time professor in the Department of Systems and Computing at TecNM's Puebla campus since 1992. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (ITO) and Master's degree in University Teaching (Ibero Puebla). She teaches programming, algorithms, and data structures in various engineering programs. She coordinated the Computer Science and ICT Engineering programs from 1992 to 1994 and from 2014 to 2016. She has served as academic secretary on multiple occasions and is a candidate for PRODEP Master, awaiting certification.

Jesús Iván Islas Vázquez , National Technological Institute of Mexico

Jesús Iván Islas Vázquez is an Information and Communications Technology Engineer with experience in developing technological solutions for different sectors. He participated in the creation of a web platform for registering electrical operation licenses at the CFE, strengthening his technical expertise and understanding of large-scale projects. He currently works as a Software Development Engineering Consultant at HSBC through HItss Solution. His activities include the development of internal and global APIs for banking operations and customer service. He also prepares the technical documentation for the solutions implemented.
