Abstract

The present technological research describes the development methodology used in creating the system "Atlas de Puebla de la Infraestructura Educativa", a web application for managing and consulting information about educational institutions in the state of Puebla. A step-by-step approach in the coding process is detailed, highlighting the key phases, the technologies used, and the methodological decisions that ensured the functionality and scalability of the project. The aim is to provide a clear view of how the application was built, from the initial conception of the modules to the implementation of its main features.

Author Biographies

Violeta Martínez Ramírez , National Technological Institute of Mexico

Dr. Violeta Martínez Ramírez, who studied Computer Systems Engineering in Programming, holds a Master's Degree in Education Sciences and a Doctorate in Education. She is a professor in the Systems and Computing Department at the Technological Institute of Puebla, teaching mainly Programming in Information Technology and Communications Engineering. She is a PRODEP Desirable Profile (2020), leader of the Academic Body “Applied Computing” (2021), and head of Outreach Projects (2020).

Susana Martínez Rabanales , National Technological Institute of Mexico

Susana Martínez Rabanales, MDU, has been a full-time professor in the Department of Systems and Computing at TecNM's Puebla campus since 1992. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (ITO) and Master's degree in University Teaching (Ibero Puebla). She teaches programming, algorithms, and data structures in various engineering programs. She coordinated the Computer Science and ICT Engineering programs from 1992 to 1994 and from 2014 to 2016. She has served as academic secretary on multiple occasions and is a candidate for PRODEP Master, awaiting certification.

Efrén Armando Osorio Ramírez , National Technological Institute of Mexico

Dr. Efrén Armando Osorio Ramírez has more than 30 years of experience in teaching, technological research, and senior public management. He holds a PhD in Business Planning and Regional Development, with master's degrees in Computer Systems and Administration. Since 1993, he has been a full-time professor at TecNM Campus Puebla and was a member of SNI Level 1, with extensive academic production and software development. He has held management positions at SEP Puebla, the Poblano Institute for Migrant Assistance, and is currently the administrative director at CAPCEE.

Teresa Luciano Machorro , National Technological Institute of Mexico

MI. Teresa Luciano Machorro is a professor at TecNM, Puebla campus, with a degree in Computer Systems Engineering and a Master's degree in Engineering. She has 21 years of professional experience in teaching and academic-administrative management. She has been a professor at IT Puebla at various times between 2015 and the present. She has held management positions as Academic Deputy Director at IT Atitalaquia and Coordinator of ICT Engineering at IT Puebla. She has also held positions at TecNM and DGEST, as well as teaching and heading Human Resources at IT Tlaxiaco.

Aldo Yahir Ara Mora , National Technological Institute of Mexico

Aldo Yahir Ara Mora is an Information and Communications Technology Engineer who graduated from the Technological Institute of Puebla. During his studies, he participated in the development of management systems for the National Technological Institute of Mexico and academic administration projects. With a particular interest in databases and programming, he currently works as an analyst at CAPCEE, providing technical and administrative support for the state's educational infrastructure.
