Abstract

Currently, globalized markets and technological changes lead organizations to apply information management systems that allow their analysis and conversion into intelligence [1, 2], this should lead companies to manage information for effective decision making.

This process is developed starting at the level of the company's strategy, up to the manufacturing strategy in the creation, development and deployment of the technological capabilities necessary to provide quick and flexible responses to customers, considering market situations and their respective changes [3].

It is possible to collect and manage information through various models, mainly in competitive intelligence and knowledge management. It is proposed to use modeling through the structural equation methodology, where the critical factors of competitive intelligence and knowledge management will be identified, as well as the importance and impact it has on the innovation capacity of companies.
