Determine the degree of frustration depending on the stages of an assembly

An experiment was carried out to verify in an assembly line, how it affects motivation or frustration, in the location of a workstation as the product progresses in it. The results obtained from the research carried out by the Technological Institute of Ciudad Juárez developed in the ergonomics laboratory are presented. The product consisted of a set of Legos, which was divided into four workstations. A total factorial design was used to carry out the experiment of 4 operators, recording their execution time and using the NASA TLX questionnaire in its digital version, the degree of frustration were measured. Same as being analyzed and performing a statistical analysis with an Anova test, allowed us to conclude that there is no difference in motivation or frustration in an operator that is directly related to the stage of the group that he performs.
