Policy on the publication of numbers

IPSUMTEC Journal is published on a biannual (semiannual) basis, ensuring a minimum of five articles per issue.

Issue Composition

IPSUMTEC prioritizes the publication of original research articles, which must represent at least 90% of the content in each issue. Issues may be published on any date within the corresponding period of validity, without being bound to a fixed closing date. Manuscripts that, upon completion of the editorial process, are not ready for publication within the corresponding period will be rescheduled for inclusion in subsequent issues.

Maximum Publication Timeframe

The journal will not publish manuscripts whose original submission date exceeds one year, in order to ensure the timeliness and relevance of the content disseminated.

Persistent Identifier (DOI)

Every manuscript published by IPSUMTEC is assigned a persistent Digital Object Identifier (DOI), which enables stable long-term retrieval, citation, and preservation. Once the article is published, the author may view the assigned DOI directly in the final version of the document. Authors are responsible for verifying the correct assignment and display of the DOI, both in their individual manuscript and in the corresponding volume's edition.
