Abstract

The purpose of this article is to disseminate the results of the thesis entitled "Application of the Problem-Solving Methodology in the COPLADEMUN of the H. Ayuntamiento de Tlalnepantla, Morelos." It is an investigative work that demonstrates the feasibility of administrative engineering by focusing on the application of methodological tools and techniques for the timely solution of organizational problems. The object of study is a medium-sized service-oriented economic entity, in which the main results affirm the operational efficiency of the Planning Committee for Municipal Development, as a guarantor, determinant and evaluator of actions, plans and programs in favor of social development, validating the results with the eradication of incidents in the subject matter.
