Web page design for the administration of work orders in a company in Ciudad Juarez

The communication between the people who carry out a process is essential for the optimal follow-up of this, as well as its effectiveness and efficiency.
That is why the use of an information system that allows communication between all the parts of a process, where wherever they are, it is essential to avoid setbacks and loss of information between the people involved.
The purpose of this project is to show the design, development and implementation of a WEB page that generates and manages the work orders of the plant engineering department of a maquiladora company in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, helping to simplify the process of services and customer service within the company.
The necessary analyzes were carried out to meet the requirements needed by the people involved. The WEB page was designed, developed and implemented according to the needs of the department, achieving an improvement in the management of requested orders, by using the databases of the page, the technicians were able to have the information at hand at the moment they wanted without having to contact their leader, thus offering their services with higher quality and speed in the field of action, coupled with this, the use of paper was eliminated, which further benefits the process.
