Publication Formats
At IPSUMTEC, we are committed to ensuring maximum visibility, accessibility, and interoperability of the scientific content we publish. To this end, every accepted article is comprehensively distributed across the following digital formats, ensuring accessibility across multiple devices, long-term digital preservation, and full compatibility with international indexing systems:
- PDF (Spanish) — Standard version intended for academic reading and download.
- PDF (English Version) — Translated version aimed at promoting internationalization, broader visibility, and global citation of published articles.
- HTML — Browser-optimized format that enables seamless, on-screen reading without the need for file downloads.
- EPUB — Responsive format designed for compatibility with mobile devices and e-readers.
- XML (JATS) — Semantic markup format based on the JATS (Journal Article Tag Suite) standard, ensuring full interoperability with international databases, repositories, and indexing services such as Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed Central, and DOAJ.
Through this multi-format publishing model, IPSUMTEC adheres to international standards of digital publishing, open access, and long-term content preservation, thereby facilitating the discoverability, indexing, and citation of its scientific output within the global academic community.
